Cold Brewed Mother Earth Latte (Matcha & Butterfly Pea Latte)

  • Sift the matcha powder into a small jar with an airtight lid. 
  • Add ¼ cup of cold water to the jar, tightly close the lid, and shake the jar for about 30 seconds until no powder remains.
  • Remove the jar lid, add liquid sweetener, tightly close the lid again, and shake the jar a few more times until the sweetener is well-combined with the cold-brewed matcha.
  • Slowly pour the cold-brewed matcha tea into a tall (16-ounce) glass. 
  • Add several ice cubes, filling the glass. 
  • Slowly pour the milk onto the ice cubes.
  • Rinse the jar, and sift the butterfly pea flower powder into the jar. Add ¼ cup of cold water, tightly close the lid, and shake the jar again until no powder remains.
  • Slowly pour the cold-brewed butterfly pea flower tea over the ice and milk. Appreciate the beauty of your earth-inspired latte before stirring it to drink.
