    Equipment

Aside from the typical pots, pans, and bakeware, here's a few pieces of equipment you may want to add to your cooking arsenal for these recipes and beyond:

    • Air Fryer: Admittedly, I was late to the air fryer game but these things are LIFE-CHANGING. For everything from roasted veggies to hot appetizers to the best leftovers you'll ever reheat, the air fryer is super quick at making make super delicious food.
    • Slow Cooker: Unlike the air fryer, the slow cooker has been something I've used since I started cooking. Great for beginner cooks to full-on chefs, the slow cooker gives plenty of time for flavors to develop without needing you there to baby your dish.
    • Mandoline: From chips to slaws, a mandoline helps you to quickly slice your ingredients. Be sure to use the guard, though. These babies are sharp!
