    Looking for easy plant-based meal ideas? These main recipes are sure to satisfy from breakfast to lunch, and dinner.

    I love a good bowl of oatmeal, like a classic cinnamon spice oatmeal, to start my day. I've got lots of soups, salads, sammies, and more to satisfy your midday needs. One of my favorites is my creamy and satisfying chickpea tuna pasta salad. For dinner, I'm a sucker for a simple tray bake, slow cooker soup, or quick air fryer dish. My chili mac makes a hearty and satisfying dish for plant-based folks and omnivores alike!

    Simple, satiating, and nourishing plant-based recipes are what I love to create. As someone with a sensitive gut and loved ones with allergies, I try to provide gluten-free and allergen-friendly tips and substitutions for most everything I make.
