I love a good bowl of oatmeal, like a classic cinnamon spice oatmeal, to start my day. I've got lots of soups, salads, sammies, and more to satisfy your midday needs. One of my favorites is my creamy and satisfying chickpea tuna pasta salad. For dinner, I'm a sucker for a simple tray bake, slow cooker soup, or quick air fryer dish. My chili mac makes a hearty and satisfying dish for plant-based folks and omnivores alike!
